@Hunkkk , I assume you know better but let me clear that - you’ve asked Some women of your choice and they said Everyone is busy with their work and can’t make it? Sounds odd.

The whole competition works in the process of voting. To keep this fair we are not even revealing their names here whether its a male or female. The only work jury here do is to take responsibility to bring some contestants through campaigns.

Yes. Completely agree. I am not getting paid by any form of currency by replying here either.

But agree to disagree on the 2nd statement of yours. I personally be involved here not only to treasure hunt talents but also to make the site more interactive, create awareness, learn to have growth as an individual and help others to achieve the same. Most importantly I’m here, to have an impactful statement and provide food for thoughts to many existing users here and who yet to come.

Agreed. If someone asking a question means they were not being aware of its existence therefore, they are looking for an answer from the authorities.

All it takes a text on inbox tagging all female mods by saying, “Guys me and Vamc came up with an idea to celebrate womens day. Do you want to get involved?”

Why is this pattern of yours moving back and forth throughout your explanation when “many or some” is not equal to “all or everyone”.

I think sometimes people should understand that they can't be everywhere ....and accept this .... somebody make this with idea and people have problem who is in jury and who not... if u don't like nobody tell u to do this ... and if u want stay...- stay and enjoy ....

Mods (Both male and female) here has enough calibre to pull it off. Besides, none of us is paid worker for the site. Therefore, we do know what’s at stake - regardless mod responsibilities and personal endeavours both on site and in real life.
