* my days are quite busy but I pay attention to the food I eat & excercise. I strictly do elliptical for 30 min everyday. I have been doing it a while and its a routine now.
* I dont follow a very strict diet but I try to keep it low carb. I eat more meat & veg to rice & bread. I also drink a lot of water. I skip sugary drinks.
