Not that I am super tech savy but to me it seems like an internet connection issue. @jasminee try checking with your ISP and tell them to have a look into the matter. It could be that your internet is not giving proper speeds or disconnects often in the middle. Let the tech team from the ISP also look into this matter.

you MUST make sure you clear your cache and cookies in chrome. that is the main culprit. also switch to incognito mode in chrome. AFTER you clear your cache and cookies.
