There are many reasons for having pain while having sex but there are mainly 3 reasons which hurt the most:
1. Having insufficient lubrication without having adequate lubricant if we try sex it will hurt both so having adequate lubrication is must
2. High Arousal arousal means feeling anxious n nervous so high arousal leads to increase in blood flow which leads to having pain.
3.size mostly the size of penis is the main reason to have extreme pain.
And some times minor health issues also leads to pain while having intercourse sex.
