Why can't I explain my sadness and my feelings in words but can think them in my head?

Sometimes, it's hard to explain emotions.... We can only talk about the reasons and the situation that may be making us sad, but it will amplify the emotions of sadness....

Therefore, it's best to cry and let it out.....If you need comforting or need some kind words, and if they can make you feel better, you can approach your loved ones.....

Even otherwise,the amount of information that goes through our head everyday, if expressed in words will result in a lot of which do not make any sense..

You could try writing everything down.... Many people write journals and diaries..... That might help you sort your thoughts and emotions..... meanwhile me who is writing a thread hahaha......

Feeling emotionally empty is horrible.... It’s almost the same as feeling numb but there’s nothing to be numbed if that makes sense......

Reason is that emptiness is fake . Has no strength. Accept , you are wonderful girl. People around you like you very much. You dont know but its fact, that many around you would be wishing to be like you but they cant. When expectations about oneself, others, or life circumstances are not met and a feeling of disconnected from others or lacking meaningful relationships, can contribute to a sense of emptiness and sadness.But its true for everyone ,in one way or other. Its normal in life. Just enjoy life to its fullest and feel yourself lucky for what you have then complaining what you dont have. :cool:

Never ever lived a human in this universe without going through this phase :).
The sadness/sorrow in mind will give us a tough time and it'll evolve day by day triggering you to do different things.
Irrespective of what we divert ourselves into (it's temp) ,it wouldn't work.
We must sail across the sea by ourselves and there isn't any shortcut. (The pain will get used to our soul).
Once we reach our destination, time will heal everything and new beginnings about to start. That's life.

Writing down your thoughts in a journal can also help sort through emotions. Reach out to Your loved ones for support when you need it.

Remember, worry only drains your energy for today. You're not alone in this.
