I think control over all your organs and mind makes birth control.Never a condom or IUD are the way to birth control. Sterilization may be useful but it has several side effects. Thus natural family planning and awareness regarding safe sex may be useful for said.

when are men gonna learn the PULL OUT Method is a bunch of BULLSHIT ,you can still get pregnant from a pull out ....yes pre cum can make a baby . sperm can live up to 7 days inside a female so you think cause you pulled out and maybe cum ON her vaginia your safe ,only takes a small amount to slide in to her and bam one pregnant woman
