'Toxic' is that we limit our people to the mere "product of comparison" by this kind of act consciously or unconsciously, funnily or not funnily, which ensues as the incidents when parents scold their children for not getting more marks than 'Sharma ji ke bete' or boss rebukes subordinates for not achieving the targets which are set by other companies achieving those targets.
