As for me... I rub my palms.. get em warm and have it on my eyes and then rest of my face .
And then check my phone .. chat a bit.. then freshen up.. sweep, mop the house. Get ready.. have breakfast and leave for work !

I do the same except after putting my palms on the eyes and then the face subsequently , I don't check my phone. Instead I switch on the TV and watch the news.
