Depends on person and situation SHOUT or SILENT....I will CRY for sure...I would make noise first, then break what was in my hand things and walk out... mostly I did walk away...

Destroy stuff and shout - if in case of extreme anger
Earlier I used to get anger and do 6, 3, 4, 2
But now i don't even get angry
I started accepting everything, so if anything happens which might result in an emotion of anger I see why it happened and thinking of a solution not an emotional outburst
I might get irritated but never angry

My reaction really depends on who is at the receiving end. If it's someone really close to me, I will shout and make a fuss. If it's some I don't wanna bother confronting, it'll be silent treatment until I have the crap out of my system. The crying part comes when I'm irritated beyond my senses.
