The more mad you get, the more you will loose your patience and temper, which leads to chaos and unpleasant days. Better take a short and long break, leave everything behind and get some sleep or avoid such stress moments for a while. Just learn to listen through silence, try to attain your inner peace moment just like buddha. Yeah it is easy to say so, but when you practice something for a long period of time, which can be done.
Whenever i get mad, i try to get some sleep or watch any movie to relax my stress. If nothing works i will continue doing my work LOL. Nothing more stressful than my work lol.
