Today the whole world is celebrating 'LOVE '
"It's heartwarming to witness all these couples celebrating Valentine's Day." In zozo and in real world
Historically, I know that Valentine’s Day has been thought of as a day for celebrating romantic love, but it’s a day when I like to think about love in all its forms (although, in my opinion, we should do this every day!).
I can't explain how much I love the word "love"..it's tough to articulate my fondness for the word 'love'
Just for seeking love i chased Mirages !
Exhausted...Drained..suffocated...Tired ...both physically and mentally while chasing unrequited love!
That feeling of BEING REJECTED gave me anxiety and panic attacks!
Never understood why I was seeking validation, approval and attention from others
while I am the Giver of that love...I can validate...approve and love myself?!
I always ended up questioning myself
Why I am not lovable?
Why I am not good enough?
Why I am not worthy?
The search for answers lead to obsessive thoughts!!
But..
The universe has its unique way of answering all my questions and send an Angel to answer all those!!
He is God of love and abundance...he knows nothing but to love unconditionally!
" people who don't love themselves are often driven by chronic fear of abandonment " so practice self-love
He replied!
This gave a thought..yeah ..this is not the first time I am listening about "self love" concept!!
But always thought self love is selfish..
.
I asked..
How can someone love themselves?
learning to be at peace with yourself allows you to become a happier person. When you let go of your negative self-talk, self-doubt and self-criticism with the power of self-love, happiness and positivity will naturally follow suit.
He replied..
He also added
Cultivating self-love is the starting point to having the life you want — a life where you feel empowered, confident, happy, loved, inspired, and so much more. And although it takes work — self-love is a practice where you choose to love yourself even when you’re feeling tired, weak, broken, insecure, like an impostor, and more — the end result is worth it!
He also taught me how to use positive affirmations to love myself..
Repeating these statements may seems silly at first, but words have POWER. ..Think of positive affirmations as brain exercises; they can help you reprogram your thinking patterns into more positive ones over time. He explained...
He asked me to practice these
