Solved Time Zone for forum

I've been wondering for days what time zone the forum uses for it's time stamps. I'm sure I could figure it out if I payed attention to when I did my last post but I always seem to forget to do that. Does any one know? Thanks in advance. I know it's not Mountain Standard Time. HaHa.

The Forum Uses Greenwich Mean Timezone Followed in the UK.You can always change your time zone Under "preferences"
