Almost! The term "bug" was used to describe mechanical issues even before computers existed, but in 1947, engineers working on the Harvard Mark II did find an actual moth stuck in a relay, causing a malfunction. Grace Hopper and her team removed the moth and taped it into their logbook, labeling it as the “first actual case of a bug being found.” This incident popularized the term "debugging" in computing.
