I have many.
But the worst of them all is overthinking. I think a lot, I can't dial it down sometimes. I think so much that I don't take the necessary actions, resulting in failures, postponing things, and so much anger that affects people around me.
It makes me feel like I am the worst human being on the earth and a burden to my family as they have to tolerate me a lot. I am grateful to them for loving me regardless of my flaws. That keeps me going.

I have an addictive personality, When I find something I love, will immediately shut everything else out, to go to do it as much as possible. I will do nothing else in these spare time and this might lasts for months. This happened with books, chess and now this forum & Very poor in initiating the conversation.
