Observation about silence

If silence inherently lacks qualities or nature, how can it be understood through words and language, which are incomplete, or through analysis and comparison? Doesn’t attempting to understand it turn it into a concept rather than allowing it to be witnessed in its pure, unaltered state?
The reason is that when we try to understand silence, it transforms into an idea or concept because understanding involves thinking and comparison, which disrupts the essence of silence. Silence, in its purest form, is not about experiencing or analyzing but about witnessing directly. It is a state of stillness and presence that transcends thought and comparison. Therefore, witnessing silence aligns more closely with its essence than attempting to understand or experience it.
