I would like to disagree with it.
That is not love. People are afraid to lose people because if they lose those people, they wouldn't be able to meet their own needs, they wouldn't be able to be happy. Because people are incompetent, they need others to cater to their needs. The need can be emotional, mental or physical. Or can be a mix. Well, if it is purely physical we have another name for it.
That is the true fact.
So what is real love?
Real love is not afraid of losing someone if losing them brings them more happiness and more peace. It is not being afraid of walking away knowing they will do better without you.
