I smoked for a while, but after I was able to quit, I started to feel much healthier. I found this article and decided to try to do sports. It was very difficult because smoking had quite a strong effect on my physical activity. But thanks to regular sports, I began to see the effectiveness of exercises and that every day it is easier for me to do it
