We can't even enter ur profile as it is limited then how can we see ur recent activity
Look my profile, if this is how u want ( profile open , latest activity closed)
Privacy > keep the options as it is in 'screenshot'

After doing it. Ask ur friend , if he or she can see the latest activity. ( U still will be able to see ur latest activity after changing the settings, so get help of ur friend)

Guys, You Can Hide Your " Latest Activity " , It's Not Needed To Lock Your Complete Profile Just For It .

Go In "Privacy" And Click On "Recieve Your News Feed" And Customize It A/c To Your Preference .
