Hello, I have been this site for more than 5 years, suddenly my I'd has been banned, I have not been using any foul play here.

it doesn't matter how long you've been using this site, that has no bearing whatsoever on if you get banned or not. How about you start with saying what ID you're using, and in what UI. :think1:
