It can be 28 too, but it is debatable. If you take 30 twice, then 4=30 and 3=28.

Now i know why 3=28

Because from top every ans is one step down. At 6 you multiply 6X5 and write 5=30

But at reversal point, at 5 you multiply 5X6 and write 4=30

So 3=28 is the correct ans.

I think Your approach is incorrect, how did you find the reversal point??
