Ok looks like you got a javascript blocked from loaded in chat
1. Make sure you have any addons that blocking the website form loading completely.
2. Try it in incognito mode.
3. DId you try the same in different browser?
If nothing works above, click F12 when you are on that chat page and check the CONSOLE do you find any error message. That will explains the rest of the issue in detail.
