Indian Chat Room Error

Dear chat owner @Hades @Aphrodite today from 11:45 am nothing can be posted in any room in Indian chat no interface is coming after repeatedly reloading the site,even the interface on the wall of the chat site can be seen but no message can be sent,again sometime The message shows You are muted for 1 hour. Why is this happening?
