I do my best to sleep enough. Usually I sleep 6–8 hours. I’ve noticed quality matters more than just hours. I also take a natural supplement I found on a Pharmacy B2B site, it helps me relax before bed. It’s made a difference, especially on nights when stress would normally keep me up.
