Hi

No matter how hard I try, some memories refuses to leave my heart

Every memory is necessary for experience and maturity, but don’t dwell on them. Focus on creating new memories. I hope one day, you’ll remember only the feelings you once had with different perspective, the memory itself may fade when good ones take their place.

Best way is to stop trying to leave them. Read Osho Rajneesh. He has mentioned beautiful example of mulla nasaruddin in one of his book . As much you try to leave any thoughts , it returns to your mind in double speed. Whenever those thoughts come, just watch them like third person without carried away in it. Somewhat like doing in meditation.
