Could anyone tell me if I hav to get online n download files before starting this game, I'll be buying a physical disc

No need bro..i have a PS4. There are no pre-requisites.. You can directly play with the game CD..

Yes just concerned if I have to download files in order to run it coz I heard it requires a huge download b4 u can start the game

Yup you can directly start the game. Initially it will take some time to load the game when you put the disc for the first time... And everything will be fine post that..
