Formal Complaint Regarding Abusive Behavior and Platform Violations

I am reaching out to formally raise a complaint about abusive behavior directed toward me on this platform. Specifically, a user (@Majin V ) has used offensive language, including terms like "bastard" and "motherf***er," in response to a meme I created. The meme is in no way vulgar, obscene, or in violation of ChatZozo rules. It was created within the boundaries of respectful engagement. However, the abusive response I received is unacceptable and against the spirit of this community.

In addition to this, I have multiple concerns regarding the handling of such incidents and the overall conduct of the platform’s moderators and administrators. These concerns are backed by substantial evidence, including screenshots. Let me outline my position clearly:

1. Accountability: Just because of proximity to certain moderators or admins, no user should have a free pass to use abusive language or behave disrespectfully. If there are grievances about my content, they should be reported appropriately and reviewed impartially.
2. Gender Safety Concerns: I have serious concerns about the safety of women on this platform. I am prepared to escalate these issues to the Women’s Commission, supported by documented evidence, if I do not see prompt action. This includes concerns regarding:
   • The platform's handling of abusive users.
   • Instances of electronic sharing of pornographic content in GIF format, which constitutes a direct violation of India's IT Act.
3. Transparency and Privacy: Users, especially women, have the right to privacy and a safe environment. The conduct of moderators and administrators should prioritize these principles. It is important to remember that the law of the land supersedes ChatZozo's internal rules.

If you believe that I have violated any community guidelines, I ask for clear and valid reasons for such a conclusion. I also urge you to review the matter impartially and take appropriate action against the offending user.

If no action is taken or if this matter is dismissed unfairly, I reserve the right to escalate my concerns to the appropriate authorities and pursue further action. I am even willing to relinquish my badge if needed; my priority is to ensure fairness, accountability, and safety on this platform.

I trust that this matter will receive the attention it deserves.

First off, let me start by saying, This is NOT an indian based chat site. My servers are nowhere NEAR India. so that threat about going to some fucking commission or the india IT act are both out the window.

As for the protection of women, believe me when I say THEY get more protection than the men on this site do. Why do you think they are VIP? Its so that their pmz are blocked from regular male users that WILL abuse them, its also why ALL users have the "block" option.

As for abusers, we do the best we can, but NO chat site is safe from an IP changer. There are some that just dont know when they arent wanted but keep coming back, all I can do is keep erasing each IP they come in with.

@kannaa and @JUPITER, let’s keep this simple. For a while now, the focus has shifted away from the game or any playful banter happening in the game zone. Instead, it has turned into a personal attack involving abusive language like "bastard" and "mutaf***er."

If someone finds content offensive, they can always use a rebuttal or request the removal of the material in question. There’s no need to resort to personal abuse.
