True that Expectations always hurts...
If you expect nothing from somebody you are never disappointed.
When you stop expecting people to be perfect, you can like them for who they are.
My thoughts ....
Don't expect more from the person You like....Maybe we are expecting something that they are unable to provide for us. We sometimes choose the wrong people, but when we demand something from the right people at the wrong times, it only makes things worse.
Expectations are necessary for life; nevertheless, sometimes limiting them is the only way to lessen pain.
In order to hurt less, expect less.
