cyber flashing is Sending unsolicited /unwanted sexual Harassment by sending unwanted explicit of genitial pics to people in private ,like in pm or on social media profiles and social media Pms ,
someone having a DICK as there DP in a SEX CHAT doesn't fall under cyber flashing
Could this be applied in icr side too?
Some males (even the regular users) reg female ids to play with people or harass someone.

Cock pics get sent all the time mostly on the old chat rooms. Even if you put messages saying no cock pics. If people want cock pics they can google and get millions of them so they really mean nothing.
Cyberflashing is the harassment of sending unwanted explicit genital pics to someone via social media ,text message ,Bluetooth etc ,sending dick pics in to a sex chat main Doesnt count unless they send it into a users private message without being asked .
The cyberflashing laws now covers social media aka fb ,insta ,tik tok ,whatsapp and any online message services
sending a stranger your private parts without consent is Cyberflashing .
Imagine being in a pub and some dude comes up to you and woops out his dick without you asking that know as flashing ,sexual harassment and sexual Assault so it is the same online ,imagine being on a bus and you get sent a image via Bluetooth or airdrop of someone's dick . same when females log into chatrooms ,there private messages they get drowned in private messages by some males who have no respect and assume 'well she came into a chatroom lets message her and show her my dick " then they cry cause they get blocked or females leave . if they keep it in there pants an wait until given permission or EARN the permission then maybe they wont get a prison term and a record for being a sexual predator

Indeed but what you have is a very internet naïve group of people who have no awareness of internet protocol in chat and who have only just come into the world of online sex chat. They are mainly chat flashers not chat chatters. It is just that a picture of some cock has no meaning and certainly doesn't excite women. It is the man attached that is of interest but no matter that it might be seen as harassment unless they are told in the chat room they will still do it. The internet is a minefield of legal issues that most chatters are not aware of. Keep up the useful info but put it on the chat wall as well.
This is the thing people assume cause its called Sex chat that well it's sex this and sex that ,they forget that behind the screens are real people and even online Consent still stands ,in the main chat your gonna get naked pics etc but they also need to understand respect still stands aswell consent etc .
i have my own personal pics which i share in the main in sex (watermarked ofc to prevent being used by someone else ) but like you said some are still unaware that even laws exist online . the fact is internet is now a function of the world and is needed to be able work in life ,handle living etc (banking ,shopping and work) that rules apply ,security and laws apply.
one of the reason we inform of our chat rules and also legal laws that apply for the Chat site to exist
example the report system wasn't an idea made by us it's is part of rules by all internet Browser laws and legal laws for all Chat sites to be able to on google ,edge etc . there has to be a kind of report system on every chat site /chatroom by law or the app isn't accepted , it has been a great tool for us owners (mainly me ) to be able to do my reporting to cybercrimes and hand over the proof of illegal activity (never thought id be on first name basis with law enforcement around the world)
one reason also i keep my threads about rules ,laws etc in the forum because of the high traffic that comes through.
In chat we have the warning tool to inform users who break the rules and if they ignore them that action is taken
