When we try to reply to messages in posts , cursor (position) point on top of the screen then it’s directly jump to bottom of the screen as shown in picture
I’m not sure if some one is reported this bug or facing the same issue

Yes i do face the same issue specifically when attach image
@Peace Of Mind Would you mind recording it? `screen record it and attach it in here` or attach it in your google drive and send the link.
This is actually not an issue, when the page is half loading and when you begin to type and eventually when the page is fully loaded the cursor jumps below the quoted . If you notice well the message you have quoted doesn't appear while the page is still loading . The page refresh isn't that quick in here.

Yes , you are right its not a bug its just a time difference between page loading and our quick writing skills
