Attention Needed concerning accounts

folks, I realize how frustrating it can be at times when you're not able to log in, or you've been "banned" because of an IP changer that got a recycled IP and it bans you from the system. Or in some cases, you forget your PW.

With this being said, you MUST understand how frustrating it is for ME to have to keep asking YOU the same questions, over and over again. What is your account name? What platform are you talking about? Beta? Old Ui? Sex chat? Forum? Give me this information in your initial message. It will save time, and make me not wanna reach through my monitor and strangle the life outta you. I waste more time with this back and forth question and answer thing especially since we all live in different times zones therefore we aren't always on at the same time, just give me this info in your original message please.

p.s. I should add also, this isnt just for me, its for the admin and mods as well when you contact them concerning your account.

I have solution for this problem
Like you added prefix option before posting something same as that create one format in which user can add his username and UI details and set it as user can't post complaint without fill those things so you have no need to ask them everytime username and UI names
