Official announcement is visible only to those users who are online at that time.

get yourself a VIP badge. talk to one of the female admin, and you'll have the pic option again.

for one, it gets you the ability to post pics, youtube. etc.. also, your pmz get blocked from everybody except other badge holders. you can pm anybody, but regular users/guests can't initiate a pm with you.

Thanks that sounds interesting but what do i need to do to get a badge? i was offered one a time back but declined so what does it take to get a badge?
