at first take 40 to 50 grm of oats, few people used to make a fine powder out of it. I prefer in some other way.. at first i cut the mangos in small pcs. And grind this to make a fine paste out of it.. in a bowl now we have to mix everything together..Share recipe

1. Mango pulp and grinded oats or u can use normal oats juts grind that oats with ur hand. As i prefer the second process. I like to do it..
2. Lil milk
3. If you wanna use sugar u can add, i was added 4 dates for the sweet taste
4. If you wish you can add few strands of saffron to it.
5. Now mix it with a spatula.
6. Now take a pan, grease with ghee or oil.. try to use oil with brush... When tawa get hot put 1 ladle full of the mixture (mixture should be on medium consistancy .. cook for 5 min in low flame then flip over and again 5 min on low flame.. after that put the pan on high flame for max 1 to 2 min both the sides. It will give the crispness if u like it... Then garnish wid ur fav fruits or dry fruits... And doooonnnneeeee
