You can whisper in someone's ear while u both where in crowd (wall) , so others won't hear (see) what you said to that person

Can u please explain the new whisper feature added in the beta tamil chat room
How it works
For whom it works
When I trying to send message under this feature it's not working for me
Whether it's enable for badge holders only now or still in testing

New feature of whisper is nice
Tag sound also looks great
But it's not able to get when playing something in back ground r wall even it's very low(not audible in mobiles)
Wat about friends list feature in beta chat
Whether it will added in future
Any how thank you admin for the new updates
