Banned for no reason

I haven't visit chatzozo for three days, this morning I can't enter to tha site which says I have been banned from this site I don't know what I did, but I am sure I didn't do anything against the rules

Yeah that's my id I did clear the cookies and all , what should I do next?

U r not banned u just clear cache and cookies and check if ur browser is up to date or not if not update it n try again
