To newbies running for the pro badge or any badge:
The more you run after it and ask for it, the more you are making it hard for you to get it. You can make jokes about wanting to get badges but don't take the badges seriously. You will be knighted when your time comes. If you are eligible for it, you don't have to ask for it, they will come to you and award you the badge. Please remember, being active in the chat rooms or on the forum, doesn't get you a badge, it is just part of the equation. It takes a lot more to get a badge. It takes persona and maturity. I have seen and interacted with some people who are active on the forum with more than 200 msgs and have been here for more than a year, they make me cringe. So if you are cringy you won't get a badge anyway. And why run after a badge? Bring me someone who wants to chat with someone because they have a pro badge?
To those who flood the forum:
Posting 20/30 posts in a day, never get you anywhere. I can understand the first few days, we will be on 5-year-old kid mode as we have access to so much info (I remember posting 22 msgs on my first day on the forum) but it should pass in two or three days.
Quality over quantity. If you are going like "nice post", "love it", "hahaha" every day, it doesn't get you anywhere, if you like something just use reactions to express it.
To those who use multiple Ids:
It is ok to use multiple Ids, just keep few things in mind,
1) Respect people and their feelings whatever Id you use
2) Never take advantage or blackmail, anyone, using the information you already have on someone using a diff Id
3) Never try chatting with someone at the same time using diff Ids
4) Never ask someone for sexting using a diff Id, if they turned you down already, it makes you a beggar if you do such things and "begging is not sexy"
5) Never spread hatred or get into silly fights with people
