Throughout my life whether it is gud or bad... everything happened because of my choice...
No matter wht others r thinking...i do what I like...
As the name states lucky that my parents r not restricting it...

I’m terrified of making choices. It’s because I’m worried that I’ll make a choice and it will either end up being a bad choice or I’ll fail and won’t know what to do after. So what do I do? How do I make choices despite my insecurities and fear?

This question is similar to asking, “ I am afraid of stepping outside the house for the fear of being run over by a car or bus" . There is failure and death everywhere. You could break your legs while climbing stairs in your house or die of shock while operating the geezer.
You cant live in fear. That's ridiculous. It's not important whether you make a right/wrong choice, what's important is having the liberty to make a choice. Seems like you have that. It's a good starting point.
About your insecurities and fear, it's ok to fail and make mistakes. You will learn. Delegating the responsibility to others to make a choice for you

And sometimes there is no one to ask what we want !
In all kinda circumstances All we need is ' HOPE ' !! Just have hope that this universe will give us what we need, what we attract, what we truly deserve and what we are craving for !!!
