I recently switched to morning instead of evening and I think I like this better. Before this I woke up around 9 - 10, work until 4 and then hit the gym around 5 pm. Because of that too much of my time went into working and working out leaving very little to do the things I loved. But since last week, I started waking up around 5:30 am and going to the gym early in the morning. It's a game changer. Waking up early, working out and having a cold shower, you feel extra fresh the whole day. And if I manage to finish my work by 4 or 5 then I have the entire evening to do stuff I want. I think I'll make this my permanent routine.
