One way to counter is not allowing Banned IPs in chat to register (They can see Messages but cannot post) here as well .. Yet Admins and Moderators are right Judges about system .. Second chance means more risk Uncle Ji .. we may not be victim .. but they are victims so they asking to be cautious and careful ..

What exactly we are expecting here?
I stand with @Beryl , No second chance should be given to repeated abusers.
But the fact is that we have technical limitations.
Admin is already working on it. Recently implemented IP Spam protection.
If we want to get away from abusers, We all have to work together.
One hates abusers, few others love to talk to them. It won't work like that.
Abusers should be boycotted. Abusers well wishers should be boycotted.

How can they get banned forever need a solution for this else abusers keep on repeating this n der should not be given any second chance, as they don't deserve it.
Those who talk to them caz they dont want to get abused by them they want to be in there good books but even after that this abusers dont even spare yhem and this users dont even knows why are thry being abused and who r abusing them
Exactly its no use of entertaining them with gud talks bcoz they abuse those who talk gud n be nice to them.

By split personality i meant to say that your own friends may pretend to be good in your eyes but behind you they misbehave with others.
I m not new to chat world i know very well who r frnds and who r not and who trying to be frnds and abusing in guest ids
