90 day challenge

One thing is that sleep before 2 AM :fest: Recently found a way to overcome it !! Need to implement in long term to see change in myself!! And damn , sleep for not more than 7 hours!! kinda sleep after 3 and will get up just before meeting i.e. 12 PM:fest:

Other thing is improving my concentration levels !! I got a huge unstable mind which could not allow me to work or study with focus atleast for 10 mins!! Need to continuously do my work or study without getting distracted atleast for 2 hours is one of the thing in my bucket list of 90 days challenge!!
 
if given a chance to take up 90 day challenge to change your really annoying habits, which one will you pick up.


my 90 day dream challenge which I really want to follow is wake up at 5 Am :map:
Scientifically it takes 21 days for u to get addicted to a habit.. So set alarm for 5 AM for 21 days, aftr tat evry mrng automatically u il b awake aftr 5 AM.. I did it
