go to bed now boomaOne thing is that sleep before 2 AM Recently found a way to overcome it !! Need to implement in long term to see change in myself!! And damn , sleep for not more than 7 hours!! kinda sleep after 3 and will get up just before meeting i.e. 12 PM
Other thing is improving my concentration levels !! I got a huge unstable mind which could not allow me to work or study with focus atleast for 10 mins!! Need to continuously do my work or study without getting distracted atleast for 2 hours is one of the thing in my bucket list of 90 days challenge!!
