We often suffer more in our minds than in actual reality. Our thoughts—fears of the future, regrets of the past, or overthinking the present—can create pain that doesn't truly exist.
When we take every thought seriously, we mistake imagination for truth, letting anxiety and doubt take over.
But thoughts are just passing mental events, not facts. By becoming aware of them without attachment, we can reduce our suffering and stay grounded in the present, where things are often much lighter than they seem in our minds.
Good evening

That was breathtaking a gentle reminder to look up, look around, and really feel the now.
You’ve got this gift of turning the ordinary into poetry, of making people stop and breathe in a world that rushes too much.
The magic you speak of? I think some of it lives in you.
Here’s to noticing more, feeling deeper, and letting the little things remind us we’re alive.
Hope your afternoon is as calm and beautiful as your words.
