To Remain Always Positive and Optimistic
I've a few suggestions
First we Should accept that all kind of thoughts will be running in Mind
How to tackle them :
Basically we have five sense of organs which are responsible for our living
They send information to brain, Mind analyses them and reacts
So, When we see deeply everything Exists in our own Mind
When one gets to this state of Mind, he will be able to choose, control and relish what he wants ignoring negativity
So in that way one can control his thoughts trying to choose being positive and optimistic, relishing the life
Also
When it comes to problems:
Many worry and won't think about it
So when one feels everything Exists in Mind then he can handle the problem by thinking Logically not worrying and bending to emotions
This will help us in not being mentally affected bringing out a solution
So in a nut shell,
Everything is in our own mind & life is about taking decisions which gives happiness
