A 36-year-old woman, suffering from abdominal pain for 18 years, found out that a nurse accidentally dropped a needle while suturing her during childbirth in Thailand. The incident came to light after the woman went to get an X-ray last year. A doctor had reportedly tried to retrieve the needle but chose to close the wound due to excessive bleeding.
It is uncertain when the needle will be removed.

The Mumbai Police has arrested the man who issued a death threat to actor Shah Rukh Khan. The man, identified as lawyer Faizan Khan, has been arrested from his house in Chhattisgarh's Raipur. Faizan had also demanded a ransom of ₹50 lakh. Faizan had earlier claimed that the threat was made after his phone was stolen.
He will be brought to Mumbai for further probe.

Graphic design platform Canva has restored its service after hundreds of users across the globe were affected by an outage. The outage resulted in users seeing an error page when visiting the company's website. As per the Downdetector website, the outage started around 3 PM and was resolved in over an hour.
