Umm i would like to give my seat to everyone of thm but i prefer no 4.. because its very tough to travel with a baby with out having a seat.. so i prefer no 4..

I would offer my seat to the person who appears to need it the most at that moment. If they all need help equally. I’d offer it to the one in the most vulnerable condition—likely the injured person or the pregnant woman and then try to help find support for the others.
Pregnant woman . According to me she is most vulnerable.
