Absolutely, but when you go after goals you are losing the pillars of life like friends and loved ones.
If a person has a strong will power, then they can move ahead. Generally, we humans are bonded to feelings and is not easy for us to do the same. Hence one should try to achieve his or her goals by maintaining a circle of friends who never doubts you, who never laughs at you, who never criticize you but corrects your mistakes.
You will thus never be isolated and would reach your destiny!
