Insaan tab tk hi khush rehta hai jab tk wo mature ni hota lekin jab wo mature ho jata hai phir usko khushiya kamani par jati hain phir khushi ni wo khud khushi ko talash krta hai
Aur Jab wo khushi nahi milti hai to khudkhusi kar leta hai

It is dependent on lot of factors. It appears like I am mature at times, but this is not always the case. A person cannot be mature all of the time.
