I could see this is two view. Due to many factors like finance, family system, society structure it may be easy to say to stick with one baby but why not it’s individual choise? If it’s individual choice even these factors impact la :blush:
 
Grewing up all alone without a sibling is not a easy way especially if you don't have a responsible parents..

If you still wanna implement this idea then contraception & Family plannings are the only options ;)
