Today we had an unexpected downtime for more than 2 hours. It all happened with website main control panel update. Due to this update, the server needs to be rebooted for fresh operation after the update.
But shit happened, once server went down for a reboot. We have noticed that this control panel update made some changes in OS Kernal files. It never allowed the server to reboot back again in normal mode.
Finally, after few hours we made it work and now everything running smooth.
