Webcam not working in the new chat? Providing the webcam function in chat is up and running there are a few things you could try.
Firstly, try a different browser! Zozo's new chat works well with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. (Will be testing different browsers soon!)
Secondly; has Chrome detected your webcam? You can check this by following the below;
1) In the Address bar, type chrome://settings
2) Scroll down and click "Advanced settings"
3) Click "Content settings"
4) Click Camera and check to see if the camera is listed.
If the Webcam is not listed, please ensure you have the latest drivers for it. You can get these from the manufacturer site.
You could also update to the latest version of Google Chrome if automatic updates are not enabled.
Make sure Flash is not blocked! See post regarding this.
If the Webcam is listed, make sure it is not blocked!
