Also Possible someone who is good for one is bad for other, for eg , if my manager wants me to push my team to work longer , and i do so, i am good for manager, but bad for team and if I dont follow my manager I am bad for him and good for team

so its a grey area, not black n white :)

When you are accepting a person you are accepting his/her good and bad both. So I will like to hold his/her hand so tightly so that he/she can avoid the bad ones.
