Water ! How much you drink?

Yes Municipal Tap Water filtered with cloth / strainer is good

Corporation and Municipality would meet drinking water standard.

Why better is, the pH will be around 7.0, TDS will be below 500 ppm and treated for germs. As the source of water might be rain water or river water, water quality would be within permissible limits.

The negative aspect of RO water is pH most of the time less than 6.5 unless pH booster is used, the TDS is most of the time less than 10 ppm unless RO tuned for controlled rejection.

If pH is 6.5 and less is acidic that will damage stomach and intestine leading to ulcer/peptic ulcer and corrode organs linked to digestive system.

TDS is normally less than 10 ppm in RO water, TDS is more important to our body as TDS is nothing but salts or minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium etc which are essential to our health. Some dispute or oppose this saying minerals are adequately present in the food stuff we eat but it does not valid that drinking water need not have minerals.

This is why I say tap water is most suitable water for drinking than RO water.

Yes True

In RO water almost all the minerals get out(purify) means RO water lack minerals which is not good

When we talking about tapwater,

Terms and conditions apply,if regular maintenance of storage tank than more than sufficient better than RO water…

In childhood immune memory form….called primary immune response…ones a pathogens attack on body than our body form immune memory againt pathogens for future instant killing….

During birth to death He/she never drink RO water normally…means body is in contact of some pathogens from childhood…means primary immune form…and one good thing that, our body has immune system which work on primary memory….means ones a pathogens attack on body than same pathogens attack on body…..our body has primary memory against pathogens who attack second time or respectively….that help in instant killing…that plus point

Boiled water is best
Luke warm water is best ... Coz when boiling water for drinking, you also eliminate oxygen in the water, which is essential for the human body. The more it boils, the less oxygen that will remain. Besides, long, extended boiling also removes vitamins and micronutrients.

I drink 4 to 5 litres daily. Better to drink Municipal Tap water , should be filtered with cloth or strainer and boiled and drink luke warm water for better
